StudentFocus is a newly formed division of Miles Data Technologies, LLC. Headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, Miles Data provides hardware and software solution to tracking assets and people. When an area high school asked us to design a solution to make it easier to connect students to resources, we knew we could bring our expertise in software design, hardware and services to the education sector to make scheduling between faculty and students flexible and instantaneous. Since that time, StudentFocus has grown from the scheduling RTItinerary module to include PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) and Emergency Response modules. Our solutions for education incorporate the same technology we’ve deployed to enterprises in manufacturing and distribution for over 25 years from bar coding, WLAN, mobility and RFID. Our expertise in software design tied with purpose built devices to further automate transactions and deliver a complete solution that differentiates us from other solutions on the market.
